Free US shipping

Dunley offers free standard shipping on orders to eligible United States addresses, with no minimum order value. Available delivery destinations and shipping options are shown at checkout. We do not currently offer international shipping.

Processing and delivery

Products may ship directly from our fulfillment partners outside the United States. Our business address is not a shipping warehouse. Processing and transit times vary by product and destination. Please review any delivery estimate displayed with your order, or contact help@dunleygolf.com for current timing before ordering. Estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates. Carrier delays, customs processing, holidays, and address issues can affect arrival.

Tracking and delivery issues

We will email tracking information when it becomes available. Tracking updates can take time to appear after a label is created. Items from one order may arrive in separate parcels. Check your shipping address carefully and contact us promptly if it needs correcting; changes cannot always be made once fulfillment begins.

If tracking stops updating, your parcel does not arrive, or an item arrives damaged, contact help@dunleygolf.com with your order number so we can investigate and help resolve the issue.

For returns, please follow our Return and refund policy. Do not send a return without authorization and an issued label.
