About these terms
This website and the Dunley store are operated by Atlas Operator LLC ("Dunley," "we," "us"). These terms govern use of our website and purchases from our store. Please read them together with our Privacy policy, Shipping policy, and Return and refund policy.
Using the store
You must be legally able to enter a purchase contract, or use the store with appropriate permission from a parent or guardian. Provide accurate order and contact details and protect any account credentials. Do not use the website unlawfully, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or submit fraudulent orders.
Products, prices, and orders
Prices are in US dollars unless stated otherwise. Product availability and prices may change before an order is accepted. We aim to show products accurately, but colors can vary between screens. Read the description and selected variant before ordering. Any charges applicable to your purchase are displayed at checkout before you submit it.
An order acknowledgment confirms receipt of your order. We may contact you to correct an error or resolve availability, payment, or suspected fraud issues before fulfillment. If we cannot fulfill an order, we will notify you and refund any payment for the canceled items. We will not substitute a different product or increase an accepted order price without your agreement.
Shipping, cancellations, and returns

If we cannot ship within the stated time, or within 30 days when no shipping time was stated, we will notify you and offer the cancellation and refund options required by applicable law.
