Refund policy

30-day returns

You may request a return within 30 days after receiving your order. We accept both used and unused items. Return your item with its original packaging and included accessories. Please keep your order number or proof of purchase.

How to request a return

Email help@dunleygolf.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Once approved, we will provide return instructions and a shipping label. Use only the address on that label.

Do not send items to our business address or to a supplier without contacting us and receiving authorization and a return label first.

Return shipping

For a change-of-mind return, you are responsible for the return shipping cost. We will disclose the label cost before you agree to the return; the agreed cost may be deducted from your refund. We do not charge a restocking fee. If the item is defective, damaged on arrival, or incorrect, contact us with details and photos so we can help. We cover approved return shipping for these issues.

Refunds and exchanges

We will inspect your return and email you when your refund is approved or explain any issue. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the credit. For an exchange, contact us before placing a replacement order.

Cancellations and order problems

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or change an order. Changes are not guaranteed after fulfillment begins. If your order has already shipped, the return process above applies. If a parcel is missing or arrives damaged, email us so we can investigate and arrange an appropriate resolution.

This policy does not limit any mandatory rights you have under applicable consumer law.
